Susan Murray is a leadership development specialist who appreciates the importance and impact of leadership styles in both public and private sector environments. She founded ClearPath Leadership to help leaders improve their effectiveness in conceptualizing a vision and leading a team to achieve that vision. Susan has worked closely with many emerging leaders to help develop their leadership potential.
Susan's focus on leadership began early in her 25 year career as a Senior Education Officer (Programs and Human Resources) with the Newfoundland and Labrador English School District. It was there she honed her own leadership skills and began developing perspectives and models around leadership. She has led many leadership workshops and training sessions and always tailors the content and messaging to each specific group. She is recognized across the country for her expertise and practical approach.
Susan knows that good leaders understand the necessity of a solid work-life design and counts her family and The Three Sisters pub among the numerous elements in her life that keep her grounded.
Susan completed here B. Ed in 1990 and her Honours M.Ed in 2002 from Memorial University and her MSc (Business Management Research) from Henley Business School in 2014 where she is currently pursuing Doctoral studies with a research specialization on leadership development.
